SHIPPING POLICY

We will arrange for shipment of your item to you as soon as we can.


Once the item has been shipped to you from our warehouse, the title and risk of loss is transferred to you.Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed, and time of delivery for any items shall not be of the essence.


We are not liable for any delays in shipments or returns due to unpaid taxes.
All import taxes incurred are to be borne by you, the receiver. Storerooms reserves the right to fulfil orders for multiple items in separate shipments, and each shipment may attract separate import taxes or duties. As such, you may be responsible for multiple import taxes or duties notwithstanding that they may be orders for identical items or purchases made in a single transaction, or for any other reason. We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (sales tax, value added tax, custom duties and excise duties, etc.). Please refer to your country’s import and duty guidelines and regulations for more information.


We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim.


We do not inform customers of the delivery status. The shipping fee is charged only for one time shipment. We shall not be liable for next shipment charges due to wrong information provided by customer or re-delivery after customer is unavailable to take delivery in the first delivery. Any subsequent redeliveries after the first delivery will be subjected to additional charges.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you have received an incorrect or factory defective item(s), you may be eligible for a return or exchange of item(s) at our sole discretion. 

To make a claim please contact us at info@store-rooms.com within FOURTEEN (14) days of your receipt of the item. Due to the limited nature of our collectibles, we may face obstacles in resolving your issue if you contact us any later. 

To process your claim, we will need the following details of the allegedly incorrect, damaged, or defective item(s):

(a) Please explain why the item(s) delivered is incorrect, or what is the damage/defect in the item(s);

(b) A photo of the incorrect item(s), or the alleged damage/defect to the item(s); and

(c) A photo of the outer box with the shipping label intact.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and shipped back to us in its original condition with its original tags and/or packaging intact. Note also that customers may be liable for shipping charges, duties and taxes for returns, and that such charges are non-refundable.

We will process your claim and respond to you via email within three (3) business days upon receipt of your claim.

 REFUSED AND UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS 

Please ensure that you have provided us with the right address prior to committing to your order. A refused shipment will be treated as a return, for which you may be liable to pay for any reshipment or disposal costs, or to have such amount deducted from any refunds, at our sole discretion. Any free shipment extended by us is limited to the initial shipment of the item. Storerooms shall not be liable for any subsequent shipment charges due to wrong information provided by the customer or for any re-delivery thereafter if the customer is unavailable to accept delivery on the first shipment.

  

 CANCELLATIONS 

Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been confirmed. Please only place an order (or pre-order) when you know you absolutely want the item(s). We will not be able to cancel your order should you change your mind.
